I'm a clinical dietitian, an expert in preventive medicine and longevity, a Global Wellness ambassador and HealthTech & MedTech consultant. For over a decade I've been helping people improve their health by preventing diseases before they appear.
My journey began with clinical dietetics: I graduated from the First Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague, then earned an MBA in healthcare management. For many years I worked with patients, studied the foundations of longevity, and created nutritional and recovery programs at the premium rehabilitation clinic HIVE and the private medical centers American Medical Centers, while also gaining experience in supplements at Health Labs Care.
Over time I outgrew purely clinical practice. I increasingly saw that conventional medicine reacts to consequences rather than preventing the causes of disease. This led me into digital health — where medicine meets technology. In the Czech Republic I became one of the first to implement personalized health solutions based on telemedicine SaaS platforms.
A key milestone was working with the Israeli company Biognostica, which developed a cross-analysis blood technology that enables deeper interpretation of lab results. This experience shaped my approach to health as a system that can be managed and improved.
This gave rise to my exclusive project 'Health as a Project' — a methodology where health becomes a structured system with clear metrics, an improvement strategy, and predictable results. Just like managing a successful company, only the subject is the human body.
Today I create personalized longevity programs for private clients worldwide and consult on HealthTech and MedTech projects. My global mission is to help people live longer, more actively, and better by preventing disease before it starts.
