For 14 days, you wear a small sensor on your arm (about the size of a coin) that measures glucose levels every 5 minutes and transmits the data to an app on your phone. It is completely painless and does not interfere with daily life — you can exercise, shower, and sleep without any issues.
Alongside the monitoring, you keep a food and activity diary: what you ate, when, and how you felt. This allows us to precisely match glycemic responses with specific foods and habits. You might discover, for example, that one type of bread causes a sharp sugar spike while another does not. Or that a short walk after lunch dramatically changes your glycemic profile.
The program includes two data analysis sessions. The first (midway through monitoring) reviews preliminary results and adjusts experiments if needed. The second (after completion) provides a full analysis with personalized recommendations for nutrition optimization.
