Based on this complete picture, I build a personalized strategy — not a theoretical one, but one you can realistically implement.
Next come weekly sessions over 8 weeks. Each week, we review your food diary, discuss how you are feeling, and adjust the plan. These are not perfunctory check-ins but working sessions where we solve specific challenges: how to manage sugar cravings, what to do when there is no time to cook, how to eat while traveling, and how to respond to changes in how you feel.
Between sessions, you have access to an AI bot trained on my methodology.
